Greetings from Charlotte, NC!

As you all are aware that 13th Annual Joint Convention 2017 of Nepalese Association in Southeast America (NASeA) and Association of Nepalese in Mid-west America (ANMA) is going  to be held during Labor Day weekend i.e. September 01-03, 2017 in at the great city of Charlotte, North Carolina. Greater Charlotte Nepalese Association (GCNA) is proudly hosting this event.

On behalf of joint convention Core committee, it is our pleasure to nominate you all to be the Coordinators of “NASeA/ANMA Joint Convention 2017”. Joint Convention Core committee Congratulates you all for your commitment in taking the lead role in your assigned committee.

NASeA/ANMA has a decade long experience of organizing the joint convention and this year GCNA-Charlotte, NC is proudly hosting the 13th NASeA/ANMA joint convention 2017. We are confident in the leadership skill and expertise of GCNA Nepali community and working together we will make our convention a success. Convention also provides us an opportunity to work with local community leaders, know each other make new friends/families and work towards achieving our common goals is all fronts. This partnership strength is unique of its kinds and goes beyond our conventions.

We do appreciate all coordinators and their respective team members already engaged themselves to fulfill the assigned committee tasks. We are pleased to hear that you all are meeting in a weekly (Wednesday’s @8 PM) basis and sharing the progress. Please count on us Core Committee will be always there for you all  to share our experience and expertise.

Please find an attached spread sheet with this mail and with our Core Committee, Coordinators/Members of various committees name and contact information. It’s not complete! Let us welcome all interested individuals to expand the committees. Please check and provide me the information of your committee members so that I can update the list. Once completed, we will post this in joint convention website.

With this note, I kindly request you all to attend our Joint convention Core committee biweekly meeting this coming Sunday, June 25, 2017 10 AM EST.
