It is a work of journalism to search a hero and publish in front of public of both country. Hero means not only gold medalist or just open dojang and create student. I would count that master as a hero who really are extremely extraordinary than others. who have skilled of different field or you can say different country. Basically if some one have tremendous knowledge of ITF and WTF that is called special skill and I would say Special Skilled Master is Master Krishna Balal.

Master Krishna Bahadur Balal was born in Gulmi, Nepal on March 21, 1973. At that time youths in this village had the option to join the army or pursue sports. He chose sports, as an athletic youth Master Balal did boxing volleyball, and karate before joining the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF)in the federation (ITF) in 1997.

Master Balal has been heavily involved in the napal national sports council since 1994, as a trainer and asst. national coach later he become a national sports council instructor and then served 9 years as the Nepal ITF President, under the national sports council.

Under the Nepal national sports council ministry of youth and sports division master balal founded the Nepal national martial arts games confederation, serving as president from 2008 until 2011. He also served as an executive member of the Nepal national international Players Association.

Master Balal has participated and engage in more than 30 countries in the capacity of a competitor as an umpire, a National Coach , a team manager, international instructor and special instructor trainer master instructor. He was awarded the ITF Outstanding Instructor Medal in Slovenia in 2007, the ITF order Medal in Russia in 2009, and the Outstanding Leadership Award at the Taekwondo hall of Fame in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2013. Associated with the ITF, he is a 6th degree black belt, an International Instructor, and a class A Umpire. Recently he hold 6th degree black belt in WTF May 13, 2017 from USA. He is the only one Nepali Master in USA Holding Two different degree in two different taekwando (ITF)and (WTF)

Master Balal continue to serve as a the Chief Patron for the Nepal National Martial Arts Game Confederation and is a Senior Advisor for the Nepal ITF. He is also an advisor for the United States Taekwondo Federation, along with being a life time member of the ITF.

Currently, Master Balal is a Master Instructor at world renowned Grandmaster HK lee Academy of Taekwondo in Herndon, Virginia since 2012. He enjoys both learning and teaching the arts of classic Taekwondo and considers the Grandmaster H.K. Dojang a second home. He has Referee and Judged six National Capitol Open Championships and Three Lee Brothers Competitions with Grandmaster H.K. lees academy of Taekwondo thus far.
