Master Balal is one of the well-known names in the Nepali martial arts sectors along with the International TaeKwonDo Federation.
He has made significant contributions to the Nepalese ITF TaeKwonDo development and expansion in his tenure.He has been involved in TaeKwonDo for over 35 years.

He was a TaeKwonDo Instructor under the National Sports Council in Nepal.

He was the Technical Director, President of the Nepal International TaeKwonDo Federation for over a decade.

He is 7th degree Blackbelt, International Master Instructor along with International A Class Umpire under ITF TaeKwonDo
Master Krishna founded the National Martial arts Games Confederation under the National Sports Council in 2008 as an umbrella martial arts organization.

Master Balal received the ITF TaeKwonDo Outstanding Instructor Medal in 2007 and ITF TaeKwonDo Order Medal in 2009. Which is the highest medal of the International TaeKwonDo Federation.

Meanwhile, Master Balal was awarded the Outstanding leadership from the TaeKwonDo Hall of Fame in the USA in 2013 along with the Who’s Who Legends Awards from American Martial Arts Alliance in the USA in 2018.

Master Balal has received a Letter of Outstanding Contribution and Dedicated Service to the Development of TaeKwonDo from World Headquarters Kukkiwon.

Likewise, Master Balal has received a special recognition letter from US Senator Hon, Tim Kaine along with US Senator Hon, Mark Warner.

Master Balal has traveled to over 40 countries around the world in TaeKwonDo activities.

Master Balal has been living in the United States since 2011.

He is one of the directors of the United States Official TaeKwonDo Organization (USA-ITF)
