We, at Nepa Pasa Pucha Amerikaye (NPPA), are extremely saddened by the demise of Mr. Billy Andrew Mstowski, father of NPPA Patron Mr. Christopher Mstowski and father-in-law of NPPA Patron Mrs. Usha Kandangwa Mstowski. He passed away in Frederick, MD on Friday, June 21, 2024, at the age of 67 years. He was born on June 9, 1957, in Poland
Mr. Mstowski is survived by his wife Maryla Mstowski, a son, a daughter, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren.
Our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Mstowski family for their irreparable loss. Our prayers are with them at this tough time of grief and pray for the eternal and heavenly peace of the departed soul.
